How It Works

1. Store creates a QR

An Agent or Store Owner creates a unique feedback QR for the store.

2. Customer scans

The QR opens a mobile-friendly feedback form for that store.

3. Customer submits

Name, phone, email, rating and feedback are securely stored.

4. Store manages feedback

Authorized users can view feedback and export it to Excel.

5. Public profile

Visitors can view the store profile and public feedback. Customer phone and email remain private.
